Office hours are from 07:00 to 19:00 Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 14:00 on Saturdays, and from 08:00 to 12:00 on Sundays. Ideally, guests should check-in before the office is closed, although checking-in after this time is possible if agreed prior to arrival. Strictly no checking-in after 23:00.

Staff are available in the office from 07:00 until 19:00 to help you with any faxing, photocopying or booking of a taxi.

Staff are available for emergencies 24 hours a day.

A private swimming pool is available to guests between 07.00 and 08.00. If used outside of these hours, charges will apply.
